During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Eid, Hanukkah, Christmas, Easter Juneteenth etc.), pre-orders are baked and shipped according to our seasonal schedule.

Thanksgiving Shipping Date: All pre-orders will ship on November 25th via Priority Mail or equivalent 2–3 day service.

Orders must be received by November 18th to guarantee shipment.

Every order from Treats From Scratch is baked fresh, packaged securely, and shipped to arrive as close to oven-fresh as possible. Because our desserts are perishable, we only ship using reliable, trackable services.
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, Treats From Scratch is not responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss caused by carrier handling, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground/2-Day or Overnight depending on location, weather and product ordered.
